  1. What is the standard check-in / check-out time?
    Standard check-in time is from 14:00H while standard check-out time is 12:00H.
  2. What about children / companions in the room?
    All children are welcome! Up to two children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing beds in the room. Any additional older children or adults are charged P1000 per night for extra beds. Extra beds are subject to availability. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1; any type of extra bed in a room is upon request and needs to be confirmed by our team.
  3. What pets can we have in the room?
    We have updated our pet policy! Please contact us at so that we may assist you with this inquiry.
  4. Smoking or non-smoking?
    All rooms are non-smoking only. Please check with the front desk for designated smoking areas.
  5. Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?
    Additional fees (for example, extra beds or pet surcharges) are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Please note that a refundable security deposit of PHP 1,000 per night is required upon check-in for incidentals.
  6. What else should I know about checking in?
    Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.   7. What is your cancellation policy?
    For reservations that include breakfast: No cancellation fee if cancelled more than 3 days (72 hours) before scheduled arrival; if cancelled within 3 days (72 hours) of arrival, the full amount for the booking shall be charged. No-show will be charged 100% of the total room rate. For room-only reservations with no breakfast: Reservations are non-refundable and the full booking amount will be charged.
