    What is the standard check-in / check-out time?

    A

    Standard check-in time is from 14:00H while check-out time is 12:00H.

    What about children / companions in the room?

    A

    All children are welcome! Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing beds in room. Any additional older children or adults are charged PHP 1000 per night for extra beds. Extra beds are subject to availability. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1; any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

    What pets can we have in the room?

    A maximum of 2 pets (cats and dogs only) are allowed in each room, for an additional fee of PHP 1700 per room per stay.

    Smoking or non-smoking?

    A

    All rooms are non-smoking only. Please check with the front desk for designated smoking areas.

    Are there any additional fees we should be aware of?

    A

    Additional fees (for example, extra beds or pet surcharges) are not calculated automatically in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay. Please note that a refundable security deposit of PHP 500 per night is required upon check-in for incidentals.

    What should I know about checking in?

    A

    Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Aurum One Makati of your expected arrival time in advance. Please contact us directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

    Can I pay with another person's credit card?

    A

    Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. If you are making payment using another cardholder's credit card, kindly provide the following to the property at least 3 weeks before the arrival date via email: 1) Authorization letter with cardholder's signature 2) Copy of the cardholder's valid photo ID 3) Copy of the cardholder's card (front and back of card with cardholder's signature) Please note that hotel may contact the cardholder for verification purposes.

    What is your cancellation policy?

    A

    For rooms that include breakfast: Any cancellation will be charged the first night of the stay; no-show will be charged 100% of the total room rate. For room-only reservations with no breakfast: Reservations are non-refundable and the full booking amount will be charged.
